The Administration oversees the over all function of the community meetings.
The Admin shall be accountable to the Board and it members:
- Provide oversight of the community Office based on reports from the General Secretary;
- Provide oversight of the budget and resource management;
- Ensure that operations are in line with the Board decisions and the ONYMA Strategy;
- Conduct performance reviews of the organization;
- Be the appointing authority for department directors;
- Communicate with the Committee Members and Board of Directors
